Brief Introduction

Saddlery Warehouse sell a large range of equestrian products. They are committed to bringing customers the lowest available prices by selling both online and through their 10 stores nationwide.

Requirements

Before becoming a customer, Saddlery Warehouse's shopping cart website had been disabled for 6 months because information was out-of-date.

Saddlery Warehouse's most important requirement was to automatically update 3,000 products from their accounting software (Quanta) daily, to keep their website up-to-date. Their other key requirement was that the website had to look modern and have features that encouraged visitors to buy.

Solutions and Add-Ons

The shopping cart was integrated into the Quanta accounting system. Product descriptions, images, stock and prices updated four times a day. Visitors can now view stock levels on each product in all 10 stores throughout New Zealand.

New features 'Most popular list', 'Sales' and 'Latest Products' were implemented.

Results

Automatically updating website product information instantly made the website credible and saved one full-time job updating the website.
